WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A WEDDING COORDINATOR AND A VENUE COORDINATOR?

The venue coordinator focuses on the specific details of the venue, such as setting up tables and chairs and managing the waitstaff. Whereas a wedding coordinator’s main focus is to be an advocate for the couple and manage all logistics regarding the couple on the wedding day.

As soon as possible! We often times book out dates a year in advance, so the sooner you can contact us, the better. We can assist with recommending vendors, including venues.

DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL FEES?

For events over 75 miles away we charge a travel fee to help cover the cost of travel & lodging.
